InCommon, Bengaluru-based global AI-native company, seeks a Deployment Strategist to own successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, leading complex implementations from scoping to production launch.

Qualifications

• Own and lead delivery of InCommon’s platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and onboardings.
• Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward success.
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.
• Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers - turning ambitious AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executed on time, and set up to scale.
