Job summary

Flemingo Duty Free Shop in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to drive forecasting, replenishment, and inventory control across warehouses and stores. The role emphasizes SAP and advanced Excel analytics to optimize stock and availability.

You will monitor turnover, stock ageing, and fill rates, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Finance to align demand with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning for retail; inventory management.
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and promotions.

• Analyze slow-moving, fast-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Generate inventory and demand planning reports.
• Maintain master data in SAP.

• Collaborate with Category, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
