Job summary

Reliance Industries (RIL) is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand forecasting and replenishment for its Staples business. You will use SAP F&R and Fynd to optimize inventory, availability, and service levels across online and offline channels.

• 6+ years in demand/inventory/supply chain planning, preferably retail/FMCG.
• Hands-on SAP F&R experience.
• Experience with Fynd or similar omnichannel platforms.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL/BI tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of safety stock, lead time, seasonality, promotions, and S&OP.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or CPIM/CSCP is a plus.
