Epam Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead technical teams across offshore-onshore delivery models. The role focuses on ensuring seamless software project delivery through strong delivery management and technical acumen.

You will guide teams on microservices architectures, Java Spring Boot applications, Kafka, and API work, while driving Agile practices and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15 to 18 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Delivery Management and handling Fixed Budget Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Background in playing the Technical Delivery Management role for at least 4 years in software development teams.
• Expertise in .NET/Java technologies and Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications and Kafka architectures.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching competencies for guiding teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage teams working across offshore-onshore models, focusing on seamless collaboration

• Analyze sprint data to identify risks and ensure alignment with sprint goals
