EPAM Systems Inc seeks an IT Delivery Manager with 10–14 years of IT industry experience to lead multi-million-dollar enterprise software portfolios. You will own delivery roadmaps, drive execution, and mentor distributed teams across Java/Spring and .NET/C# stacks.

Role requires strong Agile leadership, budget oversight, cloud experience, and collaboration with executives, product management, and architecture to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
