Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Chennai invites an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end data projects from migration to management, ensuring client outcomes meet quality standards.

You will own delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor others in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. The role requires 14–20 years of experience, strong governance and Agile practice, and the ability to build durable client partnerships while scaling data platforms.

Qualifications

• 14–20 years of experience in data delivery management and data solution architecture.
• Leadership of complex data migration, platform or management projects.
• Strong governance and Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts and acts as single point of accountability.
• Coordinate resources, manage risks, and align projects with agile processes.
• Provide technical leadership for robust architecture and high quality delivery.
• Build long-term client partnerships and contribute to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Mentor delivery managers and contribute to EPAM's delivery community.
