Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior DevOps Architect to drive scalable DevOps, SRE and platform engineering initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments in Hyderabad. You will define reference architectures, governance and enable engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure software at scale.

You will own CI/CD, IaC and GitOps practices with Jenkins, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Kubernetes and observability, guiding RFP responses and client engagements while mentoring architects and engineers to

Qualifications

• 18-25 years of IT experience with DevOps, SRE and cloud platform engineering.
• Hands-on architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Strong client-facing and solutioning background including RFP/RFI responses.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.

• Architect and implement scalable DevOps, SRE and platform engineering solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Shape DevOps strategy, reference architectures, engineering standards and golden paths.
• Push automation across provisioning, deployment, configuration, monitoring and operational workflows.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, incident management, reliability engineering and post-incident reviews.
• Guide architecture reviews and build capabilities across DevOps, SRE and cloud technologies.
• Work with customers and leadership to boost delivery velocity, platform reliability and cloud cost optimization.
