Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Architect to spearhead scalable DevOps, SRE and platform engineering across cloud and hybrid environments. You will shape strategy, define standards, and establish golden paths for CI/CD, IaC and observability, while driving automation and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on leadership, client-facing experience, and ability to guide large-scale transformations across geographies. Bengaluru-based with opportunities for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 18-25 years of overall IT experience with DevOps, SRE, cloud infra and platform engineering.
• Hands-on architecture and leadership in large-scale cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable DevOps, SRE and platform engineering solutions spanning cloud and hybrid environments.
• Shape DevOps strategy, reference architectures, engineering standards and golden paths covering CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, observability and DevSecOps.
• Push automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, monitoring and workflows.
• Deliver governance for cloud transformations and lead enterprise DevOps programs.
• Mentor architects and teams, drive architecture reviews and reusable automation frameworks.
