Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end permanent staffing solutions across Automotive, FMCG, and Manufacturing sectors. The role requires leading a recruiter team to achieve targets through proactive lead generation, client management, and candidate placement.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years in delivery or recruitment management, a proven track record with manufacturing-focused staffing projects, and strong non-IT recruitment expertise.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Delivery Management or Recruitment Management.
• Proven track record of delivering permanent staffing projects in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-IT recruitment processes including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and salary negotiations.
• Excellent leadership with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of permanent staffing solutions for clients across Automobile, FMCG, and Manufacturing.
