Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology solutions across Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Route-to-Market (RTM). The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG/CPG domain expertise, experience managing large-scale multi-client implementations, and proven capabilities in delivery governance, customer relationship management, financial management, and global team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of DMS, SFA, and RTM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs.
• Ensure projects meet delivery timelines, budgets, quality standards, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, project performance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction on distributor operations, inventory management, order processing, secondary sales, trade promotions, field sales, and route planning.
• Manage senior customer stakeholders, executive reviews, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project managers, program managers, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Own delivery budgets, project profitability, margins, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Customer Success teams on solution estimation, RFPs, and business growth.
• Drive process standardization, agile delivery practices, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
• Manage large-scale system integrations, data migrations, legacy modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
