Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Oversee all Harbor Labs projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards.
• Client Management: Senior point of contact for clients; lead project reviews and resolve escalations.
• Leadership & Decision Making: Guide Project Leads, allocate resources, drive accountability.
• Project Governance: Monitor progress, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables; provide updates to leadership.
• Cross-Industry Coordination: Oversee projects across aerospace, mechanical, architecture, construction, and consulting.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage scope changes, resource use, budgets, and delivery-related risks.
• Risk Management: Identify issues early and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Process Improvement: Establish consistent delivery practices and reporting across projects.

• Project Delivery: Oversee all active Harbor Labs projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards.
• Client Management: Act as a senior point of contact for clients, lead project reviews, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
• Leadership & Decision Making: Guide Project Leads and multidisciplinary teams, set priorities, allocate resources, and drive accountability.
• Project Governance: Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Cross-Industry Coordination: Oversee projects across aerospace, mechanical engineering, architecture, construction, and consulting, working closely with technical experts.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage scope changes, resource utilization, project budgets, and delivery-related commercial risks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential issues proactively and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and maintain client confidence.
• Process Improvement: Establish consistent delivery practices, reporting mechanisms, and operational standards across projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 to 18 years of experience in project management, program delivery, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing experience, preferably with international clients.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains is preferred: Aerospace, Mechanical Design & Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Engineering Consulting, or Technical Services.
