Analyze and evaluate private credit assets and borrower/loan profiles at origination.
Monitor borrower performance quarterly, update portfolio metrics, and prepare commentary on major changes.

Job Purpose

We are looking for dedicated and motivatedindividuals with strong leadership, organisational and teamwork skills for itsPrivate Credit team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

l Calculate and validate monthly and quarterly hedge fund returns,ensuring accurate recording and maintenance within internal portfoliomanagement databases.
l Review and update market values, pricing data, and key pricingattributes for borrowers held within third-party fund.
l Analyze and evaluate the key characteristics of private creditassets and underlying borrower/loan profiles at the time of origination.
l Monitor borrower performance on a quarterly basis, update relevant portfoliometrics, and prepare insightful commentaries explaining significant changes infinancial, operational, and credit-related attributes
l Perform data reconciliation and quality checks across multipleinvestment platforms and databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity ofportfolio information.
l Support portfolio monitoring, investment reporting, and performanceanalysis activities for alternative investments, including hedge funds andprivate credit strategies.
l Have a good understanding of hedge funds, private debt and privateequity funds, fund-of-funds, private debt strategies (Direct Lending,Co-investment).
l 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment operations, creditanalysis or middle-office roles within asset management or private markets.
l Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master ofBusiness Administration from a top-tier business school.
l Prior exposure to private debt asset class is must.
l Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications;familiarity with automation tools is a must
l Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlinesin a fast-paced environment.
l Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with aprocess-oriented mindset.
