Job summary

DesiCrew Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Centre Delivery Manager to oversee client programmes, people and operations at the delivery centre. You will drive delivery quality, SLAs and capacity while leading the centre leadership team.

Based at our centre, you will plan headcount, shifts and onboarding, ensure ISO/27001 compliance, and act as the senior local point of contact for client visits and escalations. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Management qualification is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to be based at the centre and to travel between sites.
• Experience delivering to enterprise clients is desirable.

About the role

You will run one of our delivery centres: the client programmes it delivers, the people who deliver them, and the operation around both. Our centres sit in small-town and rural India, and the centre manager is who makes the promise of skilled work close to home actually hold.

What you will do

• Own delivery across every client programme running from the centre — quality, SLA and capacity.
• Lead the leadership team at the centre: team leads, quality and support functions.
• Plan headcount and shifts against forecast volume, and work with recruitment on hiring for the centre.
• Own the people agenda locally — onboarding, DTOUCH training uptake, retention and progression.
• Keep the centre compliant with our information-security and process standards, including ISO 27001 obligations, and ready for client audit.
• Act as the senior local point of contact for client visits and escalations.

What you will bring

• Substantial experience in operations or delivery management, including managing managers.
• A track record running a multi-team site or a large delivery programme to committed service levels.
• Strength in the people side of the job — hiring, developing and keeping teams, including first-time employees.
• Confidence in front of enterprise clients, and sound judgement about what to escalation.
• A bachelor's degree; a management qualification is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to be based at the centre and to travel occasionally between sites.

Working arrangements

Full time, on site at the delivery centre listed above. Standard working hours, with shift cover arranged within the team where a client programme runs to a different timezone.
