dotSolved Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple client engagements across cloud, DevOps, and ITSM.

You will be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction, working with architects and engineering teams to turn business goals into reliable, scalable outcomes. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and ITIL-aligned operations, mentor onshore and offshore teams, support pre-sales, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT delivery or program management.
• 5+ years cloud/DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with AWS (preferred) or Azure/GCP.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL processes.
• Proven track record managing fixed-bid and T&M engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Position: Delivery Manager for Digital and Cloud Engagements

Shift Timings: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple client engagements across cloud infrastructure, DevOps transformation, and IT Service Management. You will be the primary point of accountability for delivery of quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to turn business goals into reliable, scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Program Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud, DevOps, and ITSM programs, from SOW through go-live and steady-state support
• Plan, track, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
• Run governance cadences such as status reviews, steering committees, and QBRs with client leadership
• Make sure delivery follows agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments

Cloud & DevOps Oversight

• Lead delivery of cloud migration, modernization, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, and observability practices
• Partner with architects to validate solution designs, estimates, and technical approach
• Promote DevSecOps, FinOps, and cloud cost-optimization practices

ITSM & Operations

• Oversee ITSM implementations and managed services, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Align service operations with ITIL best practices and drive continuous service improvement
• Manage escalations, major incidents, and root-cause reviews with clear client communication

People & Client Leadership

• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams; manage resourcing and utilization
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities for account growth
• Support pre-sales with solutioning, estimation, SOW preparation, and proposals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery or program management, including 5+ years in cloud and DevOps environments
• Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus)
• Working knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Ticketing systems) and ITIL processes
• Proven track record managing fixed-bid and T&M engagements with distributed teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, SAFe/CSM, AWS/Azure certifications
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Familiarity with FinOps, SRE practices, and managed services delivery models
• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Salesforce or ERP integrations
