Job summary

ICE is a leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. The Delivery Associate will perform exception reviews on documents and audits during loan production in line with customer needs and regulations.

Responsibilities include validating document recognition, data integrity, and ensuring data security while meeting SLAs. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in mortgage lending or related areas; strong MS Office skills and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years in mortgage lending, processing, underwriting, QC or compliance review.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Validation of Document Recognition and Data Extraction.
• Perform Data Integrity check on extracted data.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Engage with management to overcome obstacles to service delivery.
• Ensure that data security is maintained.
• Meet the defined SLAs as per the requirement.
• Create Bounding Boxes around Data and label the Documents.
• Provide labelled dataset for training the model.
• Identify and raise the anomalies in the Software Application.
• Meet the Quality and Productivity target daily.
• Ability to work in 24 / 7 shifts.

The Delivery Associate will perform exception reviews on documents and perform audits at different times in the process of loan production, in accordance with customer needs and regulations.

• Validation of Document Recognition and Data Extraction.

Knowledge And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or academic equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of mortgage lending experience, or a combination of education and experience to include processing, underwriting, closing, quality control and/or compliance review.

• Proficiency in mortgage document terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Windows.
• Proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts.
• Strong attention to detail.
