Job summary

ICE Data Services in Pune seeks a Delivery Associate to perform exception reviews on documents and conduct audits in the loan production process, aligning with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include validating document recognition, performing data integrity checks, labeling data with bounding boxes, creating datasets for model training, and ensuring data security while meeting defined SLAs and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, or a combination of education and experience to include processing, underwriting, closing, quality control and/or compliance review.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Engage with management to overcome any obstacles to service delivery.
• Ensure that data security is maintained.
• Ensure & meet the defined SLAs as per the requirement.
• Create Bounding Boxes around Data and label the Documents.
• Provide labelled dataset for training the model.
• Identify and raise the anomalies in the Software Application.
• Meet the Quality and Productivity target on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in 24 / 7 shifts.

Delivery Associate

The Delivery Associate will perform exception reviews on documents and perform audits at different times in the process of loan production, in accordance with customer needs and regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Validation of Document Recognition and Data Extraction.
• Perform Data Integrity check on extracted data.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
