Job summary

Peoplepro Management Services in Kolkata seeks a Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients. You will oversee the recruitment team, drive monthly targets and TAT, and manage daily pipeline, interviews, selections and joinings with a focus on timely submissions.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and ensure high-quality sourcing, screening and client satisfaction. Prior experience in recruitment operations is preferred.

• Lead and monitor the recruitment team to achieve monthly targets and TAT.
• Allocate requirements and track daily pipeline, interviews, selections and joinings.
• Ensure quality sourcing, screening and timely submission of candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and address delivery-related concerns.
• Monitor recruiter performance through MIS and recruitment dashboards.
• Improve CV-to-interview, interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate onboarding and joining.
• Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure client satisfaction, timely closures and recruitment revenue targets are achieved.
