Clinisys seeks an experienced Oracle DBA & Developer to design, implement, and maintain Oracle database environments across development, testing, and production. You will ensure availability, security, and optimal performance for mission-critical databases.
Role combines DBA duties with PL/SQL development, including building and tuning SQL objects, managing migrations, backups, and recovery, and supporting deployments with a focus on reliability and scalability.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA & Developer to design, create, configure, administer, maintain, and optimise Oracle database environments across development, testing, and production systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of business‑critical databases while supporting ongoing product development and customer deployments.
The role requires strong expertise in both Oracle Database Administration and Oracle PL/SQL Development, including the design, development, and maintenance of database objects such as SQL scripts, packages, procedures, functions, views, and triggers. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex application and database issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes, supporting release deployments, and driving database performance improvements.
The successful candidate will work closely with Development, QA, Support, Infrastructure, and Product Management teams to ensure robust database solutions, efficient release management, and high-quality application delivery. Experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, database migrations, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and production support is highly desirable.
