Job summary

Martin & Harris requires a Data Entry Operator for its Bangalore branch. The role needs 1-3 years of data entry/invoicing experience, with good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office. Prior work in a pharmaceutical company or distribution network is preferred, and SAP/Tally ERP exposure is advantageous.

The candidate will handle invoice preparation, data entry on receipt of goods, and generation of related reports to support depot/branch operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream) with preference for B.Com.
• 1-3 years of data entry/invoicing experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company or trading/distribution setup in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP packages like SAP/Tally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices/bills in the customised software on order receipt.
• Enter goods receipt details into the software and generate reports.
• Generate despatch documents and related reports for the depot/branch.
• Maintain accurate data entry and invoicing with good typing speed.

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as Data entry operator .
• Graduate.(any stream), Preferably B.com
• Experience of having worked in a Pharmaceutical Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA , Distributor of - PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of the modules of MS Office and should have worked on ERP Package like SAP / Tally.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in customised software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other despatch related documents etc.
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports.
• Experience of around 1-3yrs. of carrying out Data entry/ invoicing etc. and having good typing speed. Preference to those who have worked in a Branch/ Depot of a Pharmaceutical company or a trading company in similar role, in ERP package specially SAP.
