Job summary

Apeejay Stya Group in Roorkee area seeks a Production Executive for SAP HANA implementation and related processes. The role focuses on SAP master data setup, production transactions, QMS documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant SAP deployment.

The candidate should have pharma manufacturing exposure and be able to support qualification/validation activities, training, and go-live support for the SAP project in a greenfield facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP master data, BOMs, Master Recipe, Routing, Production Version, Equipment/Resource Master.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain SAP master data for production.
• Support SAP production transactions and workflows.
• Migrate and verify data for SAP implementation.
• Prepare/review SOPs, QMS documents, formats, workflows.
• Support qualification/validation activities (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, CSV).
• Coordinate with QA, IT, Warehouse, Engineering, Validation and SAP consultants.
• Handle deviations, CAPA and change controls related to SAP implementation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and Data Integrity.

Job Summary

Should have production Manufacturing area experience

Responsible for supporting SAP HANA implementation activities in the Production Department of a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role includes preparation and management of SAP master data, execution of production-related SAP transactions, QMS documentation, qualification support, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and successful SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of SAP master data:
  • Material Master
  • BOM
  • Master Recipe
  • Routing
  • Production Version
  • Equipment/Resource Master
• Support SAP production transactions and workflow activities.
• Data collection, verification, cleansing, and migration for SAP implementation.
• Preparation/review of SOPs, QMS documents, formats, and workflows.
• Support qualification and validation activities (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, CSV).
• Coordination with QA, IT, Warehouse, Engineering, Validation, and SAP consultants.
• Handling deviations, incidents, CAPA, and change controls related to SAP implementation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• User training and support during SAP go-live activities.

Qualification

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience

• 38 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
• Experience in SAP ERP/SAP HANA implementation preferred.
