Position: Data Entry Operator Civil
Qualification : Preferably Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience : 1 Year Experience

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Bills & Payment Requests

• Collect bills and invoices from vendors and check them for completeness and correctness.
• Post payment requests in the company's accounting system (Zoho Books) with the relevant bill details and supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending payment requests with the accounts team and update vendors on payment status.

Labour Attendance

• Collect daily labour attendance, along with site photographs, from the site supervisor.
• Verify the labour count against the photographs and update the attendance in the system once confirmed.
• Reconcile any discrepancies in attendance with the site supervisor.
• Verify attendance records for processing of weekly labour payments.

Measurement Entry & Labour Payment

• Receive work measurements from site supervisors and verify them for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter verified measurement data in the system for processing of weekly labour payments.
• Ensure measurement entries are completed on time for the weekly payment cycle.

Records & Reporting

• Maintain organised physical and digital records of bills, attendance, and measurement sheets.
• Generate reports and data summaries as required by management.
• Report pending items, discrepancies, and delays to the reporting manager.
