Job summary

Orlin Apparel Private Limited is seeking a Data Entry Operator / Billing Executive to manage data entry, billing processes, Excel reporting and record maintenance.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, familiarity with billing software/ERP, and basic accounting knowledge to ensure accurate invoices and timely billing activities.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Filters).
• Data entry speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of billing software / ERP systems.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry in ERP/software and Excel sheets.
• Preparation of invoices, bills, challans, and billing records.
• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and stock data.
• Generate Excel reports and MIS reports as required.
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Warehouse departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Update customer and vendor information in system.
• Ensure timely completion of billing activities.
• Support audit and reconciliation work when required.
