Job summary

Aurolab is seeking a BI Developer specializing in Tableau to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of data visualization experience, strong Tableau (Desktop & Server), and solid SQL skills. Knowledge of Data Lake concepts and data architecture is preferred, with excellent analytical and communication

As a BI Developer focused on Tableau, I support the organization by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. I assist in the development of dashboards and reports that aid in monitoring business performance, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven decisions. I work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data visualization while contributing to the overall analytics capability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of dashboards
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server)
• Good expertise in SQL and database management
• Understanding of Data Lake concepts and data architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Salesforce and Tableau
• Knowledge of UX|UI (Figma) Design
