Job summary

Altraize is seeking a senior BI and data visualization expert to design, develop, and deploy enterprise dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into clear, actionable insights.

The role focuses on optimizing BI solutions for performance and scalability, building robust data models, and guiding governance across Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Power BI.
• Expertise in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehouse design.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse).
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present insights in a clear, visual manner.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, parameters, calculations, and LOD expressions in Tableau.
• Experience in Power BI DAX, Power Query, and workspace management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
