Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into visualizations
• Optimize Tableau workbook performance - extract management, dashboard tuning, query optimization
• Develop and maintain data sources, published datasets, and semantic layers for reporting
• Collaborate with Data Engineers working on the underlying DBT/Redshift data platform
• Validate data quality and reconcile reporting outputs across dashboards
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live enhancements
• Represent dashboards and reporting outputs confidently in front of business partners
