Tekskills Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) in Bengaluru (Hybrid) with 2–4 years of pharma experience to analyze omnichannel data and deliver actionable insights that drive marketing decisions and business growth.

You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and DV360, develop dashboards and KPIs, and use SQL and Python for data extraction, modeling and advanced analysis while ensuring data privacy and compliance with HIPAA/GDPR

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst in Pharma domain.
• Expertise in Commercial Omnichannel/Multichannel Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate insights for omnichannel/multichannel commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DV360.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR) and manage consented data handling.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and marketing strategies.

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) with experience in the pharmaceutical domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in analyzing commercial omnichannel/multichannel data and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate insights for omnichannel/multichannel commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical sector.
  
• Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DV360.
