Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep‑dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities; translate complex datasets into actionable business insights
• Business Strategy Support: Influence product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies; analyze SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, renewals, and adoption
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports for QBRs, leadership, and board meetings; focus on delivering outcomes—not just visualizations
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams; communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
