Hybrid work model (2–3 days in office, Bangalore) and cross-functional collaboration to support marketing strategies.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) with experience in the pharmaceutical domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on expertise in analyzing commercial omnichannel/multichannel data and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate insights for omnichannel/multichannel commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DV360.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR) and manage consented data handling.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business goals and marketing strategies.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analysis.
• Work Mode: Hybrid Model (2‑3 days work from office, Bangalore).

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst in Pharma domain.
• Expertise in Commercial Omnichannel/Multichannel Analytics.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Knowledge of data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python.
