Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking a Data Analyst specialized in omnichannel analytics for the pharmaceutical sector to translate data into actionable business insights.

You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and DV360 to build dashboards and KPIs, while ensuring HIPAA/GDPR data privacy compliance.

This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days in the Bangalore office, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate insights for omnichannel/multichannel commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DV360.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR) and manage consented data handling.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business goals and marketing strategies.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analysis.
• Work Mode: Hybrid Model (2‑3 days work from office, Bangalore).

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
