Job summary

EXL is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven marketing analytics in the BFSI domain. The role focuses on SAS, Python, SQL and Tableau to build scalable analytics processes and dashboards for multiple clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into technical specifications, and present insights via PowerPoint. This role requires 3+ years of analytics experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or BFSI.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong plus.
• Certifications in SAS or Tableau are advantageous.
