Markytics.AI in Pune is seeking a Data Analyst who can turn large datasets into actionable business insights and lead analytics projects from conception to delivery.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions across banking, fintech, and enterprise analytics. The role offers ownership of critical initiatives and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in team handling and project management.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
