We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in Machine Learning. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights and build predictive models that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering tasks
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Design and build dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business strategies
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all data sources
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data analytics techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, with hands‑on experience in machine learning
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and data modeling techniques
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Exposure to deep learning techniques and NLP is a plus
• Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
