Job summary

MantriAI is seeking an analytics professional to work on banking and lending projects, owning data-driven problems from definition to delivery. You will das-to deliver insights through dashboards and client presentations, leveraging SAS, SQL, and Python to validate data and explain business impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, strong communication, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations. Gurugram-based, 5 days WFO.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant analytics experience in a bank’s analytics team, an analytics firm or a consulting team.
• Hands-on experience delivering banking analytics projects.
• Strong working knowledge of SAS, SQL and Python.
• Experience checking data quality and explaining the business meaning of your analysis.
• Dashboard development experience with Tableau, Power BI or a comparable platform.

The role

You will work on analytics assignments for banking and lending clients, taking ownership from problem definition through analysis and final delivery. The work may involve business problem solving, insight generation, data validation, dashboards, reports or client presentations. This role is suited to someone who is hands‑on with data and can clearly explain what the analysis means for the business.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• 2–5 years of relevant analytics experience in a bank’s analytics team, an analytics firm or a consulting team.
• Hands‑on experience delivering banking analytics projects.
• Strong working knowledge of all three tools: SAS, SQL and Python.
• Experience checking data quality and explaining the business meaning of your analysis.
• Demonstrated strength in either business analysis and PowerPoint presentations, or BI dashboard development and advanced Excel. Dashboard experience should include Tableau, Power BI or a comparable platform.

Good to have

• Experience in credit card or unsecured lending analytics.
• Projects involving customer acquisition, portfolio management or collections.
• Direct experience presenting findings to clients and supporting implementation.

• Location: Gurugram, 5 days WFO
• Joining: Within 30 days, supported by remaining notice period or confirmed early release
• Travel: Willingness to travel for client assignments
