Job summary

Jindal Stainless is seeking a data analytics and customer insights professional with 4–7 years of experience to analyze trends, track industry developments, and understand customer behaviour to support strategic decisions across Sales.

You will develop dashboards, conduct competitor assessments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to generate actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. or MBA in Marketing/Economics/Statistics/Business Analytics with analytics experience.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain periodic market intelligence reports, competitor benchmarking studies, and business performance analyses.
• Analyze customer behaviour, demand patterns, and market dynamics to support business planning and decision-making.
• Generate actionable insights on pricing trends, customer segments, product positioning, and market potential.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for management reviews and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to support business initiatives through data-backed insights.
