Job summary

Nutrabay, based at Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana, seeks a Data Analyst to own analytics from data requests to dashboards. You will build scalable Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and translate business questions into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in analytics, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and comfort working with large datasets. This is a fast-paced role offering growth and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Data Analyst/Business Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or BI tools like Metabase/Tableau/Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business questions into analyses.
• Experience with large datasets; translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguous requests and multiple priorities independently.
• AI-first mindset; comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data requests — dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards, primarily in Power BI.
• Automate recurring requests into self-service reporting solutions.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Founder's Office.
• Audit and optimize dashboards; consolidate or retire redundant reports.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across functions.

What will you do?

• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality across business functions.
• Support strategic business decisions through data storytelling and meaningful visualizations.

What success looks like

• Bring analytics BAU under control, with a median turnaround time of two days or less.
• Improve SLA adherence across stakeholder requests.
• Consolidate and optimize the Power BI reporting landscape.
• Improve dashboard reliability and minimize reporting disruptions.
