Job summary

Nutrabay is hiring for an analytics-driven team member to own end-to-end optimization of product listings across D2C website/app, Amazon, and Quick Commerce. You will enhance PDP performance, drive Add-to-Cart conversions, and improve organic visibility through channel-specific keyword refinements.

The role requires 1-2 years in e-commerce listings, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and meticulous attention to detail while collaborating with design/content/tech teams.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or digital merchandising across D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of what drives PDP performance across channels - titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, and on-site search/SEO relevance.
  • Comfort with data - you can read a dashboard, spot a drop in conversion, and ask why.
  • An eye for detail - you notice when a listing looks off, a keyword is missing, or an image doesn't meet spec, on any platform.
  • Willingness to do focused, repetitive optimisation work at scale (100s of SKUs across multiple channels) without losing rigor.
  • Strong written communication to brief designers/content writers and follow up with platform/tech teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end optimisation of product listings across D2C website/app, Amazon, and Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Continuously improve PDP view → Add-to-Cart conversion rate through content, imagery, and keyword refinements - channel by channel.
  • Track and improve organic ranking/search visibility for priority SKUs on each platform.
  • Run keyword research and competitor listing audits across channels to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor listing health - content compliance, image quality, A+/PDP module status, missing attributes - and fix issues proactively across all channels.
  • Coordinate with the design/content and D2C tech/CMS teams to brief and get assets and PDP updates implemented.
  • Track key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ATC rate, organic rank) SKU-wise and channel-wise, flagging underperformers.
  • Support channel managers with data pulls, reporting, and pre/post-analysis of optimisation changes.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm/feature changes and implement relevant ones.
