Job summary

DPDzero is seeking an analytics-driven professional to drive portfolio performance in collections. You will work across Collections, Data, Product, and Operations to optimize recoveries using data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include owning performance tracking, onboarding new accounts, analyzing portfolio segments, building dashboards with SQL, Excel and BI tools, and preparing weekly and monthly reviews with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Analytics, Collections, Lending, Fintech, or Business Operations.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; Python preferred.
• Experience with large datasets, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Collections, credit risk, or portfolio analytics experience is a plus.
