Ready to build the workplace of the future?

We are looking for a recovery-focused, data-driven operator to lead our Digital Collections engine. This is not a brand marketing role, you will own portfolio recoveries via paid and owned digital channels, personally manage high-value cases, and ensure that every rupee spent drives measurable repayments.

You will blend performance marketing skillsets with collections DNA running bucket-specific strategies, optimising cost-per-collection, and leading a small team to execute high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, email, and in-app.

What You’ll Do

Digital Collections Strategy & Ownership

Take end-to-end ownership of digital recoveries for assigned lender portfolios.
Design and execute bucket-specific strategies (soft, hard, pre-legal) that are lender-compliant.
Build contextual, automated journeys with behavioural triggers and manual campaigns for high-value or high-risk accounts.
Integrate seamlessly with telecalling and field teams to ensure zero leakage between channels.

Performance Execution

Run and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, email.
Drive borrowers to self-serve repayment journeys; optimise conversion rates.
Use segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing to improve response and PTP kept rates.
Monitor performance by DPD bucket, portfolio, and lender, adjusting strategy daily.
Own cost-per-collection and ensure positive ROI across channels.
Track recovery %, days-to-recovery, and portfolio movement in real time.
Build lender-facing performance dashboards with clear recovery attribution.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead a small team of digital specialists and automation managers.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Collections Ops to improve user flows and messaging.
Work with Legal to ensure all communications meet compliance standards.
Coordinate with external vendors/platform partners where required.

Key Skills & Experience

5–8 years in digital collections, performance marketing, or hybrid recovery roles in fintech, banking, or NBFCs.
Proven track record of improving digital recovery % and reducing days-to-recovery at portfolio scale.
Strong command of campaign tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), analytics (Google Analytics, SQL), and CRM/automation platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage).
Experience in RBI-compliant collections communications and borrower escalation handling.
Leadership skills to manage both people and portfolio outcomes.
