Implement and manage the MIS structure across the organization.
Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.
Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, inventory & working capital.
Own channel-wise revenue reporting.
Lead reconciliations of payments, returns, commissions, GST, TCS, settlements.
Build structured expense classification and cost frameworks.
