Job summary

Healtrack in Gurugram is seeking a finance professional to oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, billing and month-end closure. The role also covers MIS, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include cash flow management, GST/TDS compliance, audits, and strengthening financial controls through ERP systems and advanced Excel automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR, AP, GL, billing and month-end closures.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel for process automation.

1) Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations AR, AP, GL, Billing, Collections & Month-End Closure.

2) Prepare MIS, financial statements, budgets, forecasts & variance analysis.

3) Manage cash flow, working capital & fund planning.

4) Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations & audits.

5) Track D2C/Marketplace profitability, contribution margins & channel economics.

6) Manage inventory & cost accounting and strengthen financial controls.

7) Drive process improvement and automation using ERP/Tally and Advanced Excel.

8) Coordinate with auditors, consultants and other stakeholders.
