Qualifications

• Splunk Power User Certification required.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for data analysis.

We are looking for an experienced Anti-Abuse Operations SME with strong expertise in Email Security, Phishing, Spam Detection, and Email Authentication Protocols.

Must-Have Skills

• Email Security Operations (Spam, Phishing, Fraud, Abuse Detection)
• Strong understanding of Email Protocols
• DNS, Domains, IPs, SPF, DKIM & DMARC
• Networking & SQL
• Splunk Power User Certification (Mandatory)
• Python (preferred) or other scripting languages for data analysis
• Experience with Splunk/Tableau for investigations & analytics
• Strong analytical, forensic & problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication & customer-facing skills
