Job summary

Letitbex AI in Hyderabad is seeking a Cyber Security - Senior Associate to monitor and protect email flows within a 24x7 operation. You will investigate inbound and outbound traffic for spam, phishing, and abuse, and help reduce threats.

You will apply your knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, perform log analysis with Splunk, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents while maintaining strict audit trails and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email operations, Trust & Safety, or SOC.
• Working knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift pattern.

Position: Cyber Security - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate inbound/outbound email traffic for spam, phishing, spoofing, and abuse patterns
• Perform log analysis using Splunk to identify anomalies, suspicious behavior, and emerging threats
• Execute mitigation actions (blocking, quarantining, escalation) in line with defined SOPs
• Validate email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and flag discrepancies
• Support incident response by documenting findings, maintaining audit trails, and escalating critical risks
• Adhere to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards in a 24x7 operational environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and trend tracking

Qualifications
