Job summary

Guideline Inc in Mumbai (Airoli) is hiring for Technical Support. The role welcomes freshers or candidates with BPO experience. You will handle customer interactions requiring clear communication and professional conduct during a US-rotational shift.

The position offers a standard salary with additional incentives and travel allowances; working days are five with two weekly offs. Documentation from prior employers may be required during the ops round.

Opening with Technical Support

SALARY

• Level 1- 18k to 23k for upto 0 - 2yrs of BPO experience
• Level 2 - 23k to 30k for upto 3 - 6 yrs of BPO experience
• Additional 2750 monthly incentives + Travel allowance 1750
• Overtime 0-10k + Quarterly incentives 0-18k patty incentives

Candidate should have relevant docs for recent company - Offer letter, last 3 months salary slips and relieving letter while giving the ops round.

Transport Boundary:

• Dadar to Kalyan (upto 1.5km from both the stations)
• Panvel to Thane (upto 1.5 from Panvel station)
• Panvel to Chembur (upto 1.5 from Panvel station)
