Job summary

EY is seeking a Braze Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, build, and optimize customer engagement programs using the Braze platform. You will implement omnichannel journeys, campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, event tracking and personalization strategies to enhance customer experiences.

The role covers Braze platform implementation, audience rules, real-time activation, integration with data systems, and ongoing optimization through testing and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Marketing or related field.
• Braze certifications are highly preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Engagement Platforms, CRM, or MarTech implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Braze environments and campaigns.
• Build customer engagement campaigns and journeys.
• Develop Braze Canvas and Campaign workflows.
• Configure triggered, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies.
• Create customer segments and audience rules.
• Support real-time audience activation and lifecycle programs.
• Execute campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App Messaging, Content Cards, WhatsApp where applicable.
• Collaborate with data engineering for Braze integrations and data mapping.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and suggest optimizations.

Role Overview

The candidate will implement omnichannel customer journeys, campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, event tracking, and personalization strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Braze Platform Implementation

• Configure and manage Braze environments.
• Build customer engagement campaigns and journeys.
• Develop and maintain Braze Canvas and Campaign workflows.
• Configure triggered, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies.

Audience & Segmentation

• Create customer segments and audience rules.
• Configure user attributes, custom events, and catalog data.
• Support real‑time audience activation.
• Design customer lifecycle and retention programs.

Omnichannel Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute campaigns across:
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Push Notifications
  • In‑App Messaging
  • Content Cards
  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

Integration & Data Management

• Collaborate with data engineering teams for Braze integrations.
• Configure SDKs, APIs, webhooks, and partner integrations.
• Support data mapping and event validation.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and reporting issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer consent and privacy requirements.

Reporting & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze engagement metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation.
• Recommend optimization opportunities based on data insights.
