Sutherland is hiring a Support Associate - Voice to join our Chennai office. You will be the primary contact for B2B customers via voice, delivering timely and professional support while meeting SLAs and maintaining accurate call records.

Ideal candidates have excellent English communication, a customer‑service mindset, basic Windows knowledge, and 6 months to 2 years of international voice experience. The role involves a rotational night shift and work-from-office in Chennai.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for our Business-to-Business customers through Voice.

• Take full ownership of each interaction with proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service.
• Handle sensitive issues with a positive and empathetic approach, always portraying the brand in a positive light.
• Maintain customer records and call documentation in our systems with precision.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
• Suggest process improvements and flag recurring customer issues through proper channels.
