Job summary

Sutherland, Chennai, invites experienced voice support professionals to join our international customer support team. This role requires 6 months to 3 years in complete voice support and excellent English communication.

You will handle inbound international calls, provide troubleshooting, log interactions, and deliver high-quality service. Night shifts, 5-day work week, and cab facility up to 25 km are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in complete voice support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This opportunity is ideal for Experienced candidates who have minimum of 6months-2years experience in Complete Voice Support and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls
• Provide technical support and issue resolution
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria

• Looking for people who have minimum of 6 months-3 years of exp in complete voice support.
• Other domain experience will not be considered as a experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good articulation and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

Note: Freshers are also eligible to apply

Shift & Work Details

• 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)
• Predominantly night shifts
• Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Compensation CTC: 3.00LPA to 4LPA (varies based on candidates experience & their previous CTC)

Work Location: Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks Perungalathur, Chennai Landmark: Opposite Perungalathur Railway Station
