Job summary

reputed company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to manage orders, recommend products, and resolve inquiries across phone, email, and chat in a full-time California role. Shift: 12:30 PM–9 PM, four weekdays plus one weekend day.

You will be fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and prior customer service is a plus. Training, mentoring, and growth opportunities are provided by our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we want you!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert!
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the company\'s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate the company\'s website and online ordering.
