The Consumer Order Management Specialist is primarily responsible for managing order fullfilment tasks reputed company to consumer wireline reputed company Order Processing & Coordination. This position will be responsible for processing service orders in one more of reputed company fullfillment systems including but not limited to MetaSolv, Siebel, INAT, RNW, reputed company, DESI, multiple porting systems. These duties can include verification of order reputed company, coordination of order updates and telephone number porting requests, managing online customer product and service requests. In reputed company, this position will support reputed company outbound calling needs as process dictates. This team will reputed company orders and care for reputed company follow-up tasks required in the order process. This position is also responsible for working with TSS, Consumer Sales, Financial services, Work Force Management, and other back-office provisioning teams to ensure that customer orders and requests are processed reputed company and accurately. Tasks this team will care for may come from both reputed company customers. Utilizing reputed company practices and procedures, this position will be reputed company to reputed company reputed company assigned function consistently regardless of which order type or geographical territory they are supporting.

Shift: This position will work 4x10 hour shifts; reputed company - 6pm CT with Saturday's on, reputed company's off and 2 other days off between Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process Orders submitted for by the Consumer Wireline teams including ILEC Residential Porting In. Manage order corrections and updates requests reputed company multiple workqueues throughout order life cycle. Applications utilized include but are not limited to Siebel, reputed company, Right Now Web, reputed company, INAT, MetaSolv, reputed company, CST, reputed company, DESI.
• reputed company outgoing calls as necessary for order coordination or to communicate proactively with customers.
• reputed company up to date on reputed company systems, procedures, products and services involved in consumer wireline order process.
• Participate on special reputed company as assigned by MSCO CCO Leadership

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years reputed company work experience -OR- reputed company military service or prior military service with honorable discharge.
• Must follow the reputed company attendance guidelines in order to meet reputed companys business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers needs.
• 3+ years customer service
• 3+ years data entry experience
