• Subject-related educational qualification no less than a bachelor's degree, the subject can be business administration, management, business and IT, or anything that falls within this category
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation

• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize

• Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies
