Job summary

Stone Mark Tax LLC is hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Taxation process in Hyderabad. You will communicate professionally with US-based clients through calls and emails, guiding them through the tax filing steps and documentation requirements. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Experience in International Voice Process, US Customer Support, BPO, or US Taxation is preferred. Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM in the Hyderabad office are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong written communication and email skills.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM in Hyderabad.
• Freshers welcome; experience in International Voice Process / US Process / Customer Support / BPO is preferred.
• Candidates with US Taxation experience have added advantage.
